All standard orders will be dispatched within 2 working days. The standard delivery timeline will be 3 to 6 working days after dispatch. The tracking Id will be sent via mail after dispatch. Containment Zones may experience some delays. For the pre-order items, the delivery timeline will be 3 to 4 weeks after the order is placed.
Order processing starts from the day of payment receipt against the order placed. For orders placed at 18:00 hours, it begins the next day. The shipment /delivery time is an approximate time mentioned by the vendor for each product. Kompanero shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by flood, fire, wars, acts of God, or any cause that is beyond the control of Kompanero.

Non - Delivery
In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e., address or contact number) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed by the user placing the order.
Authentic Information
The user must agree to provide authentic and true information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise. Kompanero reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point in time. If upon confirmation, such user details are found not true (wholly or partly), Kompanero has its sole reject the registration and debar the user from using the services available at this website, and/or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
After having placed their order, customers may cancel their order only if the order has not been dispatched yet. We do not accept any cancellation orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.
RETURN / REFUND POLICY
Return Request for unsatisfactory product
If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased on the Kompanero website, please email us at ecommerce@kompanero.in within 72 hours, of receiving the product. We will guide you with the further procedure.
All the Orders are quality checked before the dispatch. In case you receive any defective product, please let us know at ecommerce@kompanero.in within 48 business hours with supporting evidence. We will arrange for the reverse pick-up. Once we receive the defective article, we will try the send the correct article if it is in stock or initiate the refund.
In cases where in due to usage of the merchandise, some part of the product is damaged, such as hardware – locks, studs, screws, buckles, straps, the product will be repaired for zero charge within the warranty period of 2 years. Hence please let us know at ecommerce@kompanero.in with supporting evidence. Post 2 years, it will be repaired at a cost. There is no warranty for any other physical damage such as oil spills etc. and these would be repaired for a charge to be borne by the customer.

Please ensure that the product is returned with its original packing, box (if warranty card, and any other material that came along with the product. The returned product must be in unused condition as we cannot issue refunds for products that show signs of use. If these steps are taken, the original purchase amount will be credited to your account once we have received the product

Please note that in case of repairs, the customer needs to send the product to our warehouse and the shipping charges are to be borne by them after the repair we will send the product free of cost.
