Not happy with your order?
- If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us at email@example.com (with supporting pictures of product and invoice) within 15 days of receiving the product and we will arrange the reverse pickup. The charge for the reverse pickup will be covered by Kompanero.
- The product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, invoice and in it’s original packaging.
- Once the product is received at our warehouse, we will reach out to you for the exchange process. In case an exchange is not possible, a full refund will be initiated by us. Processing refunds could take upto 10 business days from the date of receiving your product at our warehouse.
- Refunds against pre-orders are not available- Customers must exchange a product in cases of pre-orders where the product is made specially for you.
- You can exchange a product only once. Multiple exchanges in the same order cannot be done.
Received a defective product?
- Write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours with supporting evidence of pictures/videos (After 24 hours of delivery, Kompanero is not liable for any damage or defective delivery).
- We will arrange for the reverse pick-up and replace the defective product at no charge to you. In case we are not able to do so, we will initiate the refund. All refunds can take upto 10 business days once we receive the product in our warehouse.
Received a different/missing product?
- In cases of different item received or missing item delivery, write to us at email@example.com within 24 hours along with unboxing video (Post 24 hours of delivery, Kompanero is not liable for any missing or different product delivery). We will initiate the refund/replacement after review.
To keep the experience smooth and simple, all exchange requests for store purchased products are dealt at the store and all exchange requests for products purchased online are dealt online.
