Exchange Policy
Not happy with your order?
If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us at ecommerce@kompanero.in (along with product and invoice images) within 15 days of receiving the product. We will arrange a reverse pickup, and the cost will be borne by Kompanero.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, with tags, invoice, and packaging intact.
- Once the product is received at our warehouse, our team will assist you with the exchange process.
- If an exchange is not possible, a full refund will be initiated. Refund processing may take up to 15 business days from the date we receive the product.
Important Notes:
- Refunds are not applicable on pre-orders. Only exchange is allowed, as these products are specially made.
- Only one exchange per order is allowed. Multiple exchanges are not permitted.
Defective / Incorrect / Missing Product
- For defective products, please email within 24 hours of delivery with images/videos.
- For wrong or missing items, share details along with an unboxing video within 24 hours.
After review:
- Replacement or refund will be processed.
- Reverse pickup will be arranged at no extra cost.
- Refunds (if applicable) may take up to 15 business days after the product reaches our warehouse.
Note: Claims raised after 24 hours will not be accepted.
Store vs Online Purchases
- Products purchased in-store must be exchanged at the store.
- Products purchased online must be processed through our online support.
Footwear Exchange Policy
Size Exchange
Need a different size? We’re happy to help. Please email us at ecommerce@kompanero.in to initiate the exchange.
- Only size exchanges are allowed for footwear.
- We do not offer half sizes; using an insole may help achieve a better fit.
- Only one exchange per order is permitted.
- Once exchanged, the product will be treated as a final sale (no further returns or refunds).
Product Condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging, along with any freebies received.
- Products showing signs of wear, scratches, or damage will not be accepted.
Trial Guidelines
To ensure eligibility for exchange:
- Try footwear only on a clean, soft surface (like carpet).
- Avoid scratching the soles or creasing the leather, especially near the toe area.
Products with worn soles or damaged leather will not qualify for exchange.
Damaged or Defective Footwear
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Email us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
- Claims without proper proof or beyond 24 hours may not be accepted.
After verification:
- Replacement or refund will be processed as applicable.
Exclusions
- Worn or used items are not eligible for exchange.
- Personalized or made-to-order products are final sale.
- Exchanges are only applicable for size issues or defective products.
Natural Leather Disclaimer
Our products are made using genuine leather and handcrafted finishes. Slight variations in texture, grain, or color are natural characteristics—not defects—and make each product unique.
