All our products are made from genuine leather and hence treated with utmost care and traditionally crafted to bring out the beautiful characteristics of leather. Any textural variations and marks are to be regarded as the material's characteristic and should not be considered as a defect.

We offer warranty against manufacturing defects wherein all charges are to be borne by Kompanero. By manufacturing defects, we mean any defects in material and workmanship. Customers must present the warranty card against the request for repair. In case the customer does not have the warranty card, the bill of purchase can be shown instead.

• Warranty period for Bags and accessories: 2 years
• Warranty period for Trolleys: 1 year
• Warranty period for Footwear: 3 months

In cases wherein due to regular usage of the merchandise, some part of the product is damaged, such as hardware – locks, studs, screws, buckles, straps, the product will be repaired for zero charge if it is within the warranty period. If the product is outside the warranty period, customers can get it repaired at a charge. Please write to ecommerce@kompanero.in for further details on the same with supporting evidence of the defect.

Any other kind of issue such as damage/stains caused by water, heat, oil, pen marks or other cosmetic damages will be chargeable to the customer subject to availability of leather and fittings.

Merchandise already repaired by an external repair service will not be accepted by us for service/repair.
